1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Shinda Kibingwa ("we", "us"). By opening an account, buying a betslip or otherwise using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What we are

Shinda Kibingwa is an information service. We write match analysis and betslips that you can read and use as a guide. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets or hold your betting money, and we cannot place a bet for you. Any bet you place on another platform is your own decision.

3. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for checking that using betting information is allowed where you live.

4. Your account

Give us a real name and email address and choose a password nobody else knows. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us quickly if you think someone else has got into it.

5. Buying a betslip

Prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh) and are shown before you pay.
Payment is made by mobile money through an outside payment partner. Enter your own phone number correctly and approve the PIN request on your phone.
When the partner confirms the payment, the betslip opens on your account. Paid slips are listed under My Slips.
If the money leaves your phone but the slip does not appear, keep the order number shown on screen and contact us.

6. When a betslip expires

Every betslip has a kickoff time. When that time arrives the slip is taken down and can no longer be opened, including slips you have already paid for. Check the countdown on the card before you buy.

7. Refunds

A betslip is a digital product that you receive immediately, so payments are not refundable once it has been delivered. We will look at a refund if you were charged twice, or if a fault on our side stopped the slip from reaching you. Send us your order number and we will check it.

8. Bet responsibly

Betting is a risk and you can lose money. Only stake what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and do not borrow to bet. If betting is hurting you or someone close to you, please talk to someone you trust or a local support service.

9. What you must not do

Share, resell, copy or post paid betslips anywhere else.
Try to see paid content without paying, or interfere with how the site or payments work.
Use someone else's phone number or account without their permission.

10. No promise of results

Our tips are opinions based on research. They can be wrong. We do not promise any win, profit or level of accuracy.

11. Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for money you lose from bets, for payment delays caused by networks or the payment partner, or for the site being unavailable for reasons we do not control.

12. Closing an account

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example through fraud or sharing paid content.

13. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

14. Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

1. Who we are

Shinda Kibingwa runs this website and decides how your personal information is used. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and we cannot read them.
Purchase records: which betslips you bought, the order number and whether the payment was completed.
Payment details: the name, email and phone number you type at checkout are sent to our payment partner so they can send the PIN request. We never see your mobile money PIN.
Information stored on your device: a small note that lets the site carry on checking a payment if you close the page before it finishes.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type that our hosting and Firebase services keep to run and protect the site.

3. Why we use it

To create your account and keep you signed in.
To take payment and unlock the betslips you bought.
To answer your questions and sort out payment problems.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services needed to run the site: Google Firebase (sign-in and database), our hosting provider, and the mobile money payment partner. We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records while your account is open and for as long as we need them for payment disputes, accounting or legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymise them.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete your account. You can change your display name yourself under Profile. Send other requests to the email below and we will reply as soon as we can. You can also use any rights you have under Tanzanian data protection law.

7. Keeping it safe

Your data is stored with Firebase using access rules that stop other users from reading your account or paid slips. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password and do not share it.

8. Browser storage

We use your browser's local storage and sign-in session only to keep you signed in and to resume a pending payment check. We do not use it for advertising.

9. Under 18s

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we find out we have.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Please check back from time to time.
